All items are able to be shipped world-wide via Canada Post Regular LetterMail. We use this service to keep shipping costs to a minimum for you. It does mean that tracking is not available and once the item is shipped, Sharyn Ayliffe Creative is no longer responsible for it. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of goods purchased. For international shipments, any duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you require tracking, please email email@example.com BEFORE placing your order, and shipping can be calculated for you, and an invoice for your order be sent via email (which is still payable online!)
Pick Up Option Available for Local Customers
If you are in Orangeville, Ontario (Canada) or in the surrounding area and would like to pick up your package, please select Local Pick Up as your shipping option.
*Only use this option if you will be picking up your order. Once the order is ready for pick up, an email confirmation will be sent to you along with the pick up location.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales on press cards are final, in the sense that once your order is placed, you can not cancel it. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, as we would hate to think someone didn’t love what they received! To be eligible for a return or exchange you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will respond with a return authorization and items must then be shipped back within 14 days from that point. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in new/re-sellable condition to be eligible for refund. You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
